Udit Khandelwal is the CEO & Co-Founder of Dynamic Pixel Multimedia Solutions, a leading learning technology company specializing in AI-powered learning solutions, Moodle LMS, and custom eLearning development. For more than 15 years, he has helped organizations transform the way people learn by combining technology, instructional design, and innovation.
Under his leadership, Dynamic Pixel has partnered with educational institutions, government organizations, multinational corporations, and international agencies to build scalable digital learning ecosystems that improve learner engagement and organizational performance. As a Certified Moodle Partner, the company has successfully delivered enterprise LMS implementations, AI-powered learning solutions, and custom digital learning experiences across diverse industries.
Udit's expertise spans learning strategy, digital transformation, enterprise Moodle consulting, AI-enabled learning, learning analytics, and cloud-based learning infrastructure. His current research focuses on Human–AI Collaboration in Learning, exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance instructional design while preserving the critical role of educators, trainers, and learning professionals.

As Co-Founder and Resource Manager, Nupur has spent over 15 years building an organization where people are valued as much as technology, and where ethics are considered just as important as expertise. While Dynamic Pixel is recognized for its learning technologies, Moodle solutions, and AI-driven innovations, Nupur has played a defining role in creating the culture that enables these innovations to flourish.
Her professional journey began with a passion for learning and education, which gradually evolved into expertise in instructional design, digital learning, and organizational development. Over the years, she has contributed to hundreds of learning initiatives for educational institutions, government organizations, multinational corporations, and global enterprises.
Today, Nupur leads Dynamic Pixel's resource management function, overseeing talent planning, team development, project allocation, quality assurance, and organizational capability building. Her leadership style is founded on empathy, transparency, and trust — creating an environment where individuals feel supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve their full potential.
